The Bathhouse
The bathhouse is one of Epizõ's three pillars and a cornerstone of the sanctuary, around which the entire space has been thoughtfully designed. It offers a restorative environment where heat, steam, and water come together to support presence, calm, and wellbeing. This is your space to pause, restore, and connect with your body.
Bathhouse Cycles
Each cycle lasts around an hour, offering a gentle guide for those who want to experience the benefits of heat, cold, and immersion in a more structured way. However, there’s no set way to move through the space, and you’re welcome to enjoy the bathhouse at your own pace, following what feels best for your body.
